NGAGE changes to Newsclip – the Rolls-Royce of media monitoring companies

As you might have heard, the media monitoring company that NGAGE makes use of, Monitoring SA was granted voluntary liquidation at the beginning of March. We were informed that they would still be operating, but with limited staff. However, since then, no one is answering their phones, and monitoring has stopped.

We have engaged the services of Newsclip - which is known as the Rolls-Royce of media monitoring companies - who will monitor all coverage for NGAGE’s clients as of 28 March 2011. They are currently doing a two month back search for us, and have already picked up a number of items of coverage that MSA had missed.

Please note there will NOT be an increase in fees due to this change in suppliers.

We apologise for the delay in coverage but, as of this afternoon, things will be back to normal, and all missed coverage from the past two months will be sent through.

We are looking forward to working with Newsclip, and passing on the benefits of their superior monitoring services to all of NGAGE’s clients.

Please feel free to visit their website at www.newsclip.co.za for more information on the company.

Thanks and Regards,

The NGAGE team
